*About Us*Changes on the Fly is a fast-growing, mobile-first fleet maintenance company serving the GTA.With a fleet of 25 mobile service trucks and a brick-and-mortar shop in East Toronto, we?re revolutionizing how fleet maintenance is delivered?offering everything from light repairs to full diagnostics and safety certifications.We're looking for a passionate and experienced 310S Shop Manager to lead our shopoperations, develop future techs, and drive efficiency across the board.*What You?ll Do*As our Shop Manager, you'll be responsible for:? Overseeing daily shop operations, ensuring workflow runs smoothly, efficiently, andsafely? Leading and supporting a vibrant 310S apprenticeship program? Helping design and implement a field technician training program to elevate skillsacross our mobile team? Ensuring high-quality repair standards and compliance with DriveON/Ontario safetyregulations? Working closely with dispatch, service coordinators, and leadership to streamlinecommunication between field and shop? Monitoring and improving KPIs related to productivity, turnaround times, and cost control? Contributing to hiring, training, and coaching shop technicians? Supporting the broader goals of a high-growth company with a team-first, solution-oriented mindset*What We?re Looking For*? Valid 310S Automotive Service Technician license (Red Seal preferred)? 3+ years experience in a shop leadership or senior technician role? Strong organizational and time management skills? A proven track record of mentoring apprentices and building team culture? Hands-on approach with a focus on operational excellence and safety? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment? Experience with fleet vehicles or commercial accounts is a strong asset*What We Offer*? Competitive base salary of $85,000?$95,000?
