Head of Housing & Communities
We are recruiting for the position of Head of Housing & Communities. The successful candidate will lead our housing services teams delivering services to over 3,000 homes, ensuring a high quality, tenant focused, coordinated, safe and effective housing management service.
Key responsibilities
Manage and develop housing services teams.
Oversee core housing functions including neighbourhood management, tenancy sustainment, income and arrears prevention, ASB, complaints and tenant engagement.
Collaborate with colleagues across Property, Care & Support and Corporate Services to shape strong communities and positive tenant experiences.
Support the Executive Management Team and Board as required, driving service improvement, embedding a support‑first approach and ensuring services are responsive, fair and customer‑led.
Location & Working Arrangements
Location: Swansea – Hybrid.
Hours: 35 hours Monday to Friday.
Salary: £69,161 annual salary.
