Responsibilities
* Support the wellbeing of residents and help them feel at home.
* Work together as a team to enrich residents’ lives and support colleagues.
* Deliver personalised care in line with individual care plans.
* Make leisure and social activities part of every day.
* Guide and encourage Care Assistants in their development.
Qualifications
* NVQ3 or SVQ3 in Social Care, or equivalent (desirable).
* Ability to communicate clearly and work flexibly.
* Team player who values collaboration.
* Kindness and genuine interest in older people.
* Commitment to treating everyone with dignity and respect.
