Role Description
This unique role manages the administrative activities for a range of education and development workstreams, providing both reactive and proactive support within the occupational therapy services at ABUHB.
Responsibilities
* Organise and support occupational therapy education and development initiatives.
* Coordinate practice placement education, support worker programmes and training schedules.
* Prepare and manage documents for occupational therapy funding applications.
* Prioritise workloads, manage time, and build and maintain relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
* Communicate effectively in verbal and written formats, ensuring clear information flow to staff and stakeholders.
* Collaborate with the wider occupational therapy team to support team working and service delivery.
Qualifications and Experience
* Extensive knowledge of administrative and secretarial procedures and systems.
* Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
* Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Experience in an education or staff development environment is desirable.
* Welsh language skills are desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are welcomed.
