Position: Residential Children's Home Worker
Salary: £32,281.44 – £34,452.96 per annum
Location: Rainhill, Merseyside
Contract: Full-time (36 hours per week) or Part-time (18 hours per week)

* Additional leave for each completed year (up to 5 extra days + sleep-ins)
* Annual leave entitlement accrues on any overtime hours worked
Your Role
* You'll work two 24.5-hour shifts per week, including:
* 10am–11pm active hours
* A sleep-in shift
* 7am–10:30am the following day
* Provide therapeutic care, build trusting relationships, and support children to create positive life experiences.
* Go above and beyond to ensure a safe, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
