In this role, youwill help travelers plan unforgettable experiences by providing destinationguidance, organizing travel details, and supporting clients throughout theirentire planning process.
As a TravelExperience Specialist, you will work remotely while helping clients transformtheir travel ideas into well-organized itineraries and memorable experiences.This is an excellent opportunity to develop skills within the travel industry,collaborate with international travel suppliers, and build a flexible careerwhile supporting travelers at every stage of their journey.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to client inquiriesvia email, messaging platforms, or phone in a professional and friendlymanner.
* Assist travelers in planningtheir vacations, including destinations, resorts, cruises, and travelexperiences.
* Provide clear and accurateinformation regarding travel requirements, documentation, and destinationdetails.
* Organize itineraries andcoordinate different travel elements with tourism suppliers.
* Support travelers withupdates, recommendations, and pre-travel preparation.
* Build strong relationshipswith clients to encourage future travel experiences.
