Responsibilities
* Prospect and close new business opportunities with a focus on large, multinational accounts.
* Develop and manage your own sales pipeline and prospecting efforts.
* Represent NCM as the face of the business with major clients.
* Ensure a smooth handover of clients to the Auction team.
* Manage and troubleshoot day-to-day sales operations and issues.
* Collaborate with operational colleagues to build strong internal relationships.
* Identify and execute process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
* Report on sales performance and pipeline updates to senior management.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in winning and managing high-value accounts (preferably FTSE 100/1000).
* Strong commercial acumen and tenacity in securing new business opportunities.
* A background in founder-led or scale-up businesses (preferred).
* Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to take calculated risks.
* Hands-on and proactive, with a focus on getting things done.
* Comfortable scaling small online businesses quickly, even with modest budgets.
* A proven track record in working autonomously and shaping business success.
