Following the founders transition into a broader Group leadership role, Bloc Blinds is now seeking to appoint a Managing Director to lead the business through its next phase of commercial expansion and organisational development. Reporting to the Group CEO, the successful candidate will assume full P&L responsibility and lead the development and execution of a clear commercial growth strategy. Key priorities include accelerating revenue growth through expanded e-commerce channels, the development of strategic partnerships and the continued growth of international markets. The Managing Director will identify new opportunities for market penetration, strengthen routes to market and ensure the business capitalises on its strong product platform and brand potential. The Managing Director will utilise best in class manufacturing to build the operational platform required to support scale. This will include introducing greater operational cadence and data-led decision making while leading the next phase of manufacturing capability, including planned investment in robotics and automation. We are seeking a dynamic and commercially driven leader with a proven track record of using this commercial ambition to scale a manufacturing or product-led SME. The successful candidate will combine strong strategic and commercial instincts with operational credibility, and the ability to build high-performing teams, robust systems and a culture capable of delivering sustainable growth.
