About The Role As our new Compliance Contracts Officer, youll support the Compliance Contracts Manager in overseeing Fire Safety compliance across all NCHA properties. You'll play a vital role in ensuring that fire risk assessments (FRAs), fire door inspections and other key compliance activities are carried out to statutory and regulatory standards. What you'll be doing: Monitoring FRA and fire door inspection programmes Supporting the procurement of services via tenders and frameworks Carrying out post-inspections of compliance works Ensuring compliance with contract administration Producing regular performance reports for the management team What were looking for Were seeking a highly motivated, organised professional with strong communication skills and a passion for safety and quality. Youll need to have: NEBOSH Fire Safety Certificate or working towards one Working knowledge of fire safety legislation and the Big 6 compliance areas: fire, asbestos, lifts, gas, water, and electrical safety Experience planning and delivering complex programmes Demonstrable experience in contract procurement Full, valid UK driving licence If youre ready to help us keep our homes safe and compliant, wed love to hear from you.
