Responsibilities
* Join our service desk team based in Chorley in a brand new open plan office.
* Provide support to a UK‑wide client base.
* Handle around 15 to 25 calls per day where your customer care skills will be the foundation of the customer experience.
* Be upskilled over time to give you the ability and knowledge to further expand your skills, growing your technical ability by full use of our knowledge systems whilst engaging with existing staff who will offer their support.
Progression
* The role provides a great opportunity for career progression for those who have the ambition and drive, moving from a Tier 1 to Tier 2 position within 18 months service or other positions within the wider business.
