This role is ideal for a clinician who combines excellent clinical reasoning with a strong interest in MSK and sports rehabilitation, enjoys working autonomously within a supportive team, and takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care.
You will manage a varied caseload including MSK, sports and active individuals, contribute positively to the clinic culture, and play a key role in maintaining the high standards and reputation of the clinic.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality MSK and sports physiotherapy assessments, treatment and rehabilitation programmes in line with current best practice and professional standards.
Demonstrate strong clinical reasoning and diagnostic skills to manage complex presentations safely and effectively.
Design and progress individualised rehabilitation and return-to-activity / return-to-sport programmes.
Maintain accurate, timely and professional clinical records in accordance with legal and regulatory standards.
Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, coaches, and referring practitioners to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to care.
Contribute to the development and reputation of the clinic through professional conduct, networking, and relationship-building with external partners where appropriate.
Support and contribute to internal projects, service development, education or mentoring where relevant.
Represent the clinic professionally at meetings or networking opportunities when required.
Uphold the clinic’s values, policies and procedures including equality, diversity, safeguarding, confidentiality and health & safety.
Person Specification
Essential
Currently residing in the UK and able to attend in-person work at the clinic
Right to work in the UK without the need for employer sponsorship
BSc or MSc in Physiotherapy and current HCPC & CSP registration
Minimum 4–5 years post-qualification experience in MSK physiotherapy
Experience in working in private practice
Excellent clinical reasoning, hands-on treatment and diagnostic skills
Strong communication skills and a patient-centred approach
Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team
High professional and ethical standards
Desirable
Experience working in sports, performance or active populations
Postgraduate training or CPD in MSK, sports rehabilitation, or manual therapy
Interest in mentoring, education or service development
Knowledge in biomechanical assessment
