We are currently looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team in Ireland. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, customer-oriented professional who thrives on building connections, identifying opportunities, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting. Engage with potential clients via calls, emails, and online meetings to understand their needs and introduce Seed Mentors Ireland’s services. Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients and partners in Ireland and international markets. Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to execute lead generation strategies. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and progress in the company’s CRM system. Support the preparation of proposals, presentations, and commercial offers. Schedule meetings and demos for senior sales managers and consultants. Represent the company at networking events, webinars, and client meetings when required. Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Contribute to improving sales processes and providing feedback on market trends. Who You Are: 1 year of experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement, ideally in professional or consulting services. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Results-driven, ambitious, and motivated by achieving targets. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Experience with CRM systems is a plus.
