About the Role: As a Graduate Management Trainee, you'll support the Transport Manager in ensuring fleet compliance, promoting best practices, and driving operational efficiency. This is a hands-on role where you'll gain exposure to all aspects of our transport operations and develop the skills needed to thrive in a logistics career. Key Responsibilities: Learn how our transport operations run day-to-day and master the systems we use. Support compliance activities including inspections, MOTs, services, and calibrations. Understand Operator License and Driver Hours Rules. Gain insight into our fleet across all UK sites. Prepare and raise purchase orders. Assist with cost analysis and budget tracking. Produce reports and support audit compliance. Liaise with suppliers and internal departments. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. What We're Looking For: Qualifications: A degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Management (Essential) Skills & Attributes: You should be able to confidently demonstrate: A professional manner with excellent communication and people skills. Commercial awareness. Motivated self-starter with strong administration, time management, and organisation skills. Flexibility and willingness to work on a variety of assignments. Ability to prioritise work to meet deadlines. Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Willingness to learn and take up new challenges.
