Overview
This pivotal position supports residents in our Retirement Living Service. The role is based on a 3‑week rolling rota, including evening and weekend shifts. Average 37.5 hours per week.
Week 1 – 6:45am to 2:30pm
Week 2 – 1:30pm to 9:30pm
Week 3 – 9am to 4:00pm
What You Will Be Doing
* Assist residents with personal care, meal preparation and domestic tasks
* Implement and monitor care & support plans to meet individual needs
* Build community spirit through social events that meet diverse tenant needs
Who We Are Looking For
* NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care (desirable)
* Previous experience in a care or health setting
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work weekend and evening shifts
