Opportunity for a Procurement Associate to join a Leading International Law Firm in London.

The team
The team advises across a wide range of areas including procurement, outsourcing, IT, telecoms, franchising and licensing strategies, competition, data protection and media.
The procurement practice works across a number of key sectors including technology, healthcare, defence, transport and energy.
The role
The firm is looking for a mid-level Associate into its specialist procurement practice.
Working closely with experienced partners and senior lawyers, the new hire will play a key role in supporting and growing the firm's procurement capability, working on a broad range of UK and international procurement matters.
This will include:
* Advising on complex public procurement projects across multiple sectors
* Supporting major procurement exercises, primarily on the buy‑side of projects
* Drafting and negotiating procurement documentation and commercial agreements
* Advising clients on procurement law strategy, compliance and practical delivery
* Collaborating with lawyers across the firm's international offices on cross‑border matters
* Supporting business development initiatives and strengthening client relationships
Required
* UK qualified Solicitor with 3 - 5 years' PQE
* Strong experience in procurement law gained at a leading law firm
* Experience advising on procurement projects within sectors such as transport, energy, healthcare, defence, aviation or technology
