This is far from a typical front desk role. You'll work across the hotel, reception, food and beverage, making every guest interaction count, from a seamless check‑in to a perfectly served breakfast. No two shifts are the same, and that's exactly what makes it exciting.
Responsibilities
* Be the face of Residence Inn Edinburgh, building genuine rapport with guests and creating memorable moments
* Handle check‑ins, check‑outs, reservations and payments with confidence and care
* Assist with F&B operations, supporting breakfast service and evening operations (serving drinks)
* Anticipate guest needs, resolve issues at first contact, and go the extra mile every time
Qualifications
* A naturally warm and people‑first personality
* Adaptability and a willingness to turn your hand to anythingi>
* A professional, calm approach, even under pressure
* Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but your attitude matters most
