At the Hyde Day Nursery in Barnet, we are looking for passionate nursery assistants to join our team, working as bank staff, supporting us as and when needed. Great salaries offered up to £15.61 per hour depending on qualifications and experience together with great benefits.
The Hyde Nursery is part of the CC Nurseries Group and is based in High Barnet, in the beautiful Iconic Hyde Institute building. Registered for 88 children, our lovely setting is minutes away from lovely green spaces which the Nursery takes full advantage of whatever the weather, together with having access through the nursery to free flow into their lovely outdoor gardens.
Requirements
As a Nursery Assistant you will:
1. Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences, environments, and resources to children that are appropriate to their age and stage of development.
2. Enhance the all-around daily needs of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional development.
3. Assist with embedding an effective key person approach to enable children to form secure attachments.
4. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff, parent, and visitor at all times.
5. Work within a team to support all children and team members within your room.
6. Understand and ensure that the requirements of the curriculum are being met.
7. Ideally possess an Early Years Qualification or have experience working with the Under 5s.
