At Q Smart, we’re helping installers and homeowners transition to low-carbon heating through smart design and government-backed schemes like the Boiler Upgrade Scheme. We’re growing fast and looking for a customer-focused Project Coordinator with experience in retrofit or renewables to join our friendly and supportive Renewables Design team.
Role Responsibilities
* Coordinating renewable heating and retrofit projects from application through to installation
* Collating thorough and accurate documentation to submit projects for approval
* Managing customer communications, keeping installers and homeowners informed throughout their journey
* Assisting with BUS grant applications and compliance paperwork
* Liaising with installers, homeowners and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery
* Keeping systems updated and projects running on time
Experience
* Experience in retrofit, construction, energy, or renewables (domestic projects ideal)
* Strong organisational and coordination skills
* A genuinely customer-first mindset
* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
* Comfortable managing multiple projects at once
* A proactive, team-oriented attitude
* £26,500 salary + quarterly performance bonus
* 29 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
