The Wilf Ward Family Trust has been improving the lives of people with learning and physical disabilities since 1986. We have fantastic opportunities to join us as a Support Worker in Ripon.
You will be part of a friendly, motivated team, committed to making a difference and providing high-quality support to our individuals. The individuals we support are at the heart of everything we do. Support is entirely person-centered, with shift patterns including days, evenings, & weekends.
Day-to-day duties include:
* Accompanying individuals to appointments and community activities
* Assisting with mobility and personal care
* Supporting individuals with household tasks
* Assisting with meal preparation and medication management
Most importantly, putting a smile on someone's face!
We offer a fantastic training program to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge. We seek someone with a desire and passion for helping others, empathy, willingness to learn, and ability to work as part of a team.
