Salary c.£110,000–£130,000
Uncapped commission and the chance to monetise best‑in‑market solutions.

My client is an award winning global insurance services & solutions leader, growing rapidly in the UK.
We’re hiring a Vice President – Business Development to help shape the future of Insurance and Broker solutions and deliver outstanding client outcomes.
What you’ll do
* Drive growth by shaping cutting‑edge insurance solutions and outsourced services for Insurer and Broker clients.
* Generate leads, develop opportunities and deliver compelling sales presentations.
* Own the sales cycle end‑to‑end: account management, commercial negotiation and closing.
* Collaborate with industry SMEs to craft solutions that move the needle for clients.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in insurance operations, consulting, or vendor sales.
* A proactive, innovative problem‑solver with commercial gravitas and a track record of meeting revenue goals.
* Experience in closing deals c£200k-300k annual contract value
