About the Role
Operations Manager - Nottingham and Market Rasen Racecourses
* £32,000 per annum
Jockey Club Catering was formed in 2009 to provide outstanding catering and hospitality at all of The Jockey Club’s racecourses nationwide. With a portfolio of 15 racecourses, Jockey Club Catering delivers exceptional race day experiences over 333 race days a year through great people and amazing customer service.
What you'll be doing:
* Oversee daily venue operations for Nottingham and Market Rasen Racecourses, ensuring excellence in guest service
* Manage and mentor a dedicated team of hospitality professionals
* Optimiseefficiency and maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance
* Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences
* Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement
About you:
* Proven experience in hotel management or related field
* Exceptional leadership and communication skills
* Strong problem-solving abilities
* In-depth knowledge of hospitality industry trends
