Competitive basic salary of £40,000 per annum, with OTE earning potential of up to £61,000
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am 5:30pm

As the Aftersales Manager, your duties will include:
Managing all service processes to ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service at all times
Coaching, developing, and performance managing the service team to reach and exceed targets
Recruiting and selecting team members in line with organisational and manufacturer standards
Ensuring compliance with brand service standards and customer satisfaction KPIs
Monitoring labour efficiency, sales figures, and controlling costs effectively
Developing targeted service campaigns to maximise commercial opportunities
Analysing customer needs and competitor activity to continuously improve service offerings
Ensuring health, safety, and GDPR compliance across all processes
Promoting collaboration across departments and fostering a positive dealership culture
Attending internal and manufacturer training sessions to keep skills and knowledge current
Requirements:
Extensive experience managing automotive aftersales teams
Strong leadership and team development skills
In-depth knowledge of manufacturer service standards and KPIs
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proven track record of analysing performance metrics and implementing improvements
Full valid driving licence
