Senior Architect – Durham
Up to £50,000 | 🏠 Hybrid + Flexible Hours
We’re working with a long-established practice (45+ years strong) with a solid pipeline of heritage, healthcare, residential, and education projects. Most of their work comes from repeat clients, which says a lot about how they operate.
This role sits alongside their building surveying and interiors teams, taking projects from concept right through to completion.
What you’ll be doing
* Managing projects across all RIBA stages
* Producing detailed technical drawings & project documentation
* Working on listed buildings and new builds across multiple sectors
* Liaising with authorities, contractors & clients
* Conducting site meetings and problem-solving on the spot
What you’ll need
* 5+ years post-Part III
* Confident across all RIBA stages
* Proficient in Revit & AutoCAD
* Strong project management skills and on-site experience
* Solid knowledge of UK Building Regulations & planning
