Network Engineer (Data Centre / NOC) Location: London, UK (Hybrid - 3 days onsite) Salary: Up to £65k per annum Our client is a leading, technology-driven organisation operating at the cutting edge of data, infrastructure, and high-performance systems. You'll provide advanced monitoring, troubleshooting, and implementation support across a data centre environment, bridging the gap between NOC operations and engineering. The focus is on maintaining uptime, resolving incidents efficiently, and supporting continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities Monitor infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime Troubleshoot and resolve Layer 2 / Layer 3 network issues Implement network changes (DNS, IP management, firewall rules) Support and maintain enterprise firewalls (Palo Alto / Fortigate) Manage incidents independently and escalate where required Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing Collaborate with internal teams to support a 24/7 environment Skills & Experience Required Strong knowledge of routing & switching (CCNP-level or equivalent) Experience in a network monitoring / NOC or data centre environment Hands-on troubleshooting across network infrastructure and services Experience with firewalls and network security principles Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (Infoblox desirable) Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills If you're looking to step into a fast-paced, high-impact environment where your skills will directly support cutting-edge infrastructure, and where no two days are the same, this is your chance to be part of something truly exciting. *P.
