GSL Education are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Art Teacher to support students across schools in Rotherham (S65, S66). This is a fantastic opportunity for an Art Teacher who is passionate about creativity, self-expression, and helping students develop confidence through art.
What to Expect in This Art Teacher Role:
* Deliver engaging and inspiring art lessons across a range of year groups.
* Plan and prepare creative activities using a variety of artistic techniques and materials.
* Encourage students to explore their creativity and develop artistic skills.
* Maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-organised classroom environment.
* Assess student progress and work collaboratively with colleagues to support achievement.
Requirements for This Art Teacher Role:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Previous experience teaching art is desirable.
* Strong classroom management and organisational skills.
* Ability to inspire creativity and motivate students of all abilities.
* A positive, professional, and proactive approach to teaching.
* An enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through GSL Education.
