The Role
* Undertake preventative maintenance and diagnosis of building control systems (BMS)
* Carry out small repairs and remedial works
* Provide routine inspections of BMS (building management systems)
Requirements
* Ideally you will have experience working within the BMS industry and be competent on‑site completing fault diagnosis
* You will be familiar with trend control systems and Trend IQ Vision
* Proven diagnostics skills
* Experienced / knowledge of HVAC mechanical plant – AHU's etc
* Knowledge and experience of communication protocols such as: Bacnet, Modbus
