Key Responsibilities Include:
1. Planning and preparing engaging courses and lessons.
2. Teaching students according to their educational needs, including setting and marking work both in school and elsewhere.
3. Assessing, recording, and reporting on pupils' development, progress, and attainment in line with school policy.
4. Setting, with students and where possible with parents, short-term learning targets that consider prior attainment.
