Overview
Waking Night Support Worker role at Environmental Dynamics International, Asia HQ. Based in Richmond. 30 hours per week. Salary: £22,311 per annum.
What you'll do
* Building supportive, trusting relationships with customers and creating a positive atmosphere
* Working proactively with the team to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities
* Conducting key work sessions that are innovative and engaging to achieve Support Plan goals
* Monitoring and managing risks with an attitude of positive risk taking
* Providing support with daily living activities to enable independent living (e.g., budgeting, cooking, establishing a night-time routine)
* Supporting customers to maintain a healthy environment and assisting with cleaning and personal hygiene as appropriate
* Assisting in recording and reporting customer incidents
* Managing customer referrals, completing assessments, and maintaining relevant paperwork
* Developing productive relationships with partner organisations to improve service outcomes
* Adhering to lone working protocols and maintaining awareness of health and safety for self and colleagues
* Involving customers in design, development and delivery of the service; encouraging tenants to pay rent and avoid debt

Essential
What you'll bring:
* NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent with little or some relevant sector work experience
