Senior Designer
Location: London, onsite 2 days per week
Our client is a venture-backed health tech company delivering population health interventions through digital software. Their platform continuously monitors patient health records to detect deterioration, identify early disease onset, and enable preventative care. Working with 400+ primary care practices and working with millions of patients, they're scaling rapidly.
About the Role
They need a Senior Designer who thrives in fast-paced environments and collaborates confidently across disciplines. You'll design inclusive, effective services and products that deliver outstanding user experiences. Working from early discovery through to delivery using tools like Figma.
What your day to day looks like
* Conduct user research and translate insights into design opportunities using frameworks like jobs-to-be-done
* Map end-to-end user journeys and service blueprints that improve how services work in practice
* Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes across web, mobile, and desktop platforms
* Create visual design solutions that support consistent, accessible experiences
* Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to shape roadmaps
* Facilitate co-design workshops and service mapping sessions
* Measure design impact through usability testing and product outcomes
* Mentor other designers and contribute to team culture
Experience needed
Design expertise:
* Strong experience in service design and user-centred design
* Skilled in wireframing, prototyping, and UI/UX design
* Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design
* Experience working within design systems
* Proficiency in Figma and collaboration tools
Research and strategy:
* Proven ability to conduct user research and turn insights into actionable improvements
* Ability to map and communicate complex systems
* Commercial understanding with focus on delivering impact and business outcomes
Collaboration and leadership:
* Strong communication and facilitation skills
* Curious, evidence-led, and pragmatic—able to balance rigour with speed
* Adaptable across complex workflows and detailed UI design
Bonus:
* Experience in regulated product environments
* Background with SaaS or health tech products, particularly in primary care

Pay: £65,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
