We are currently hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join one of our largest clients but more importantly join our Cognizant Pega practice. If you have experience working as a BA on a Pega project or a keen interest in learning Pega- We would love to hear from you.
What can I expect in this role:
* Work closely with business stakeholder and end-users to understand and document business challenges, pain points and requirements.
* Maintain requirement backlog and keep it prioritized by working closely with business stakeholders.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
* Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements in tools like JIRA, Pega Agile Studio in use-case or user story format.
* Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive)
* Identify innovative ways to address business challenges and identify solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
* Act as a liaison between business and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations.
* Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process
What do I need to be successful?
* Proven experience working on large scale project as a Business Analyst
* Knowledge of Pega is highly desirable
* Knowledge of Business Process Modelling (Microsoft Visio is a plus)
* Knowledge of JIRA, writing user stories, use-cases
* Effective communication skills.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Experience of working in Agile projects.
