A growing family-owned business is seeking an Accounts Supervisor to support its expanding finance function. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will oversee key financial processes and manage a small team. Payroll, expenses, and time management system administration Cash management, banking, foreign currency, invoice factoring, and forecasting Financial accounting: reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, fixed assets, variance analysis, R&D capitalisation VAT returns and reconciliations Salaried Payroll Supervision of an accounts payable assistant and a finance assistant. ERP finance systems maintenance and improvement Month-end support and ad hoc projects Ideally you will have a solid background in accounting, with a good knowledge of finance with an organised and proactive approach.
