About the Team

The team leads on major, strategically significant projects across logistics, industrial estates, retail and business parks, corporate developments, offices and data centres. Clients include many leading names across the development, property, institutional investment and private equity sectors.
The Role
You will work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a broad range of commercial property matters, including:
1. Acquisition and disposal of land and significant investment assets
2. Structuring development deals and negotiating heads of terms
3. Pre‑lettings, lettings and sale‑and‑leaseback transactions
4. Real estate support on financing arrangements, including Certificates of Title
5. Drafting and negotiating a wide variety of commercial property documents
6. Title investigation, searches, enquiries and project management
7. Liaising with clients, agents and other professionals
You will gain exposure to high‑profile clients and complex matters, developing deep technical expertise and strong client relationships.
About You
You will:
8. Have 0-2 PQE in commercial real estate
9. Manage your own caseload and work effectively under pressure
10. Collaborate within a team and support colleagues
11. Provide clear, commercial advice with sound judgment
12. Negotiate confidently on behalf of clients
13. Communicate professionally with all stakeholders
14. Have experience drafting and negotiating contracts, leases and related documents
15. Contribute to marketing, sector initiatives and business development
16. Demonstrate appetite for learning and stepping outside your comfort zone
