With multiple offices across Central and Southern England and ambitious growth plans, the organisation has created a new opportunity for a Group Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the People & Culture team. This is a permanent, full-time role with hybrid and flexible working options. While the role will be based in either the Oxford or Reading office, ad-hoc travel across Group offices will be required.


The Role

Reporting to the Group Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a wide range of mid-level vacancies across Audit, Accounts, Tax, Outsourcing and Corporate Functions.


Key Responsibilities


End-to-End Recruitment Delivery

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for part-qualified, newly qualified and mid-level corporate functions roles.
* Partner with hiring managers and partners to define requirements, create job specifications and advise on appropriate hiring strategies.
* Screen, shortlist and interview candidates, ensuring all applicants receive an efficient, professional and inclusive experience.


Candidate Sourcing

* Utilise multiple sourcing channels including LinkedIn Recruiter, specialist job boards, referrals, internal mobility, networking and recruitment agencies.
* Manage agency relationships, negotiate competitive terms and monitor performance.
* Act as a trusted advisor to partners, directors and hiring managers across the Group.
* Support the integration of newly acquired businesses, ensuring consistent and standardised recruitment processes.
* Provide market insight, salary benchmarking and best-practice guidance.


Recruitment Operations & Process Improvement

* Become a subject matter expert in the Applicant Tracking System (HiBob).
* Maintain accurate and timely data within the ATS.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs and improve consistency.


Compliance, Governance & DEI

* Ensure recruitment activity complies with employment law, GDPR and internal audit requirements.
* Promote inclusive hiring practices and support diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives.
* Work closely with HR, Learning & Development, IT, Marketing and Finance teams.
* Support the offer and onboarding process, including offer documentation, right-to-work and reference checks, and onboarding communications.
