RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Leadership & Planning
* Collaborate with senior client stakeholders to identify marketing challenges and develop strategies with broad buy-in.
* Manage all campaign planning stages, from interpreting objectives to diagnosing performance.
* Lead annual planning processes, setting strategic directions and ensuring effective execution.
* Oversee cross-channel media planning, ensuring data-informed investment decisions and innovative plans.
* Conduct audience, market, and competitor analyses, providing insightful and actionable outputs.
* Translate complex marketing problems into strategic solutions for client presentations.
* Enhance team understanding of client categories, sharing insights in a client-centric manner.
Commercial
* Drive revenue growth through existing accounts and contribute to business development efforts.
* Participate in pitches, helping shape strategy and narrative.
* Ensure strategy and planning work aligns with KPIs and budgets.
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, advising on marketing investments.
* Deliver solutions that exceed expectations and provide tangible business value.
Culture & Team
* Manage a Planning team within a client hub, ensuring high-quality work.
* Foster a culture of continuous development and innovation within the team.
* Provide feedback and coordinate training resources.
* Represent Croud at industry events and thought leadership opportunities.
* Uphold Croud's values, promoting a positive, inclusive work environment.

* Client Organic Growth: +5% revenue YoY
* Client Profitability: 60% average margin
* Client Retention: 100%
* Croudie Network Usage: 35%
* Client Satisfaction: NPS and satisfaction levels 8+
* New Business Development: Revenue from new clients
* Pride in Work: eNPS score of 5
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Proven experience as a Planner or Account Director, with backgrounds in communications, media, digital planning, or strategy.
* Track record of successful campaign planning across online and offline media, including print.
* Experience with luxury brands and multi-brand retail is a plus.
* Strong presentation skills and stakeholder management experience.
* Hands-on with digital platforms like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, DV360.
* Ability to turn data into strategic insights using tools like TGI, WebIndex, or Comscore is desirable.
* Proficiency in Excel, GSheets, PowerPoint, and Slides.
* Experience in securing large accounts and translating pitch strategies into performance.
