We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading US law firm, to assist them in their search for a new Conflicts Analyst.
The successful candidate will be joining the London office and be responsible for analysing, editing, and generating reports and conflict of interest search results.
Responsibilities will include:
* Processing and communicating formal and informal conflict search requests and results.
* Coordinating with attorneys and secretaries through providing data and clarifying submitted information.
* Auditing and correcting search details within the conflicts database.
* Researching new clients using industry search tools and platforms.
* Providing attorneys and secretaries telephone and email assistance to assist with interpretation of reports and troubleshooting of database issues.
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Conflicts Analyst to join a collaborative law firm in London where they will work independently and as part of the global team.
Suitable applicants will have gained prior experience within a law firm, have strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, strong written and verbal communication skills, strong organisational and analytical skills, and the ability to effectively prioritise responsibilities. Demonstrated experience with Intapp Open software, familiarity with research tools such as Orbis, Dun & Bradstreet, and World Check, and research experience are also highly desirable.
