You’ll be responsible for leading technical teams across two hospital sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery across mechanical, electrical, and building fabric systems.

✅ Strategic Leadership – Oversee and coordinate two Technical Services Managers and multi-skilled engineering teams, driving operational excellence.
✅ Technical Authority – Ensure compliance with HTMs, HBNs, statutory regulations, and PPM frameworks in a high-pressure, regulated environment.
✅ Client Engagement – Act as the senior technical point of contact, fostering strong, transparent communication with stakeholders.

🛠 What We’re Looking For:
* Experienced FM professional from a PFI or complex healthcare background
* Strong mechanical background (HNC/HND or ONC/C&G minimum)
* Deep knowledge of compliance, risk, and HTM/HBN standards
* Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder engagement skills
* IOSH or NEBOSH qualification (desirable)
