My client is seeking an experienced Travel or Cruise Consultant with previous travel sales experience. This role will ideally suit someone with a proven travel or cruise sales background and excellent customer service skills. JOB DESCRIPTION: Working in a branch, with a small team of travel consultants Greeting customers face to face and also over the phone Quoting on a wide variety of worldwide travel itineraries Selling both package and dynamically packaged holidays Offering your customer a choice of tour operator, to sell the right holiday for their needs Selling additional products and services, such as car hire and travel insurance. Working to sales targets to earn commission whilst offering excellent customer service EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: A minimum of 1 years relevant experience in a travel agency environment Experince selling cruise holidays would be an added bonus Passionate about travel and customer service Enthusiastic, creative and with a positive attitude PACKAGE: A very competitive basic salary of £25,000 - £26,000 Monday - Friday: 9am - 5:30pm (Closed Saturdays and Sunday's and Bank Holidays) Full time or Part time (Days Negotiable) INTERESTED?
