The Role
Responsibilities
* You will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post:completion.
* You will work closely with clients, agents, and other stakeholders, delivering high:quality service with efficiency and professionalism.
* Handling all aspects of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
* Managing remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactions
Skills Required
* Applications are sought from Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licenced Conveyancers with 4+ Years PQE in residential conveyancing
* Confident in managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
* Excellent communication and client care skills
* Strong attention to detail and organisational ability
* A team player with a proactive and professional approach
