The Company
A fast-growing, consumer lending organisation delivering a fully digital, D2C product. They scaled significantly over the past year and they continue to invest heavily in product, engineering and data!
The Role
You will own the entire acquisition and conversion journey, developing a deep understanding of how users move through the funnel and where the greatest opportunities for improvement lie.
Your responsibilities include:
• Owning the multi-stage funnel strategy and roadmap with a focus on conversion metrics
• Partnering with engineering to optimise flows, streamline eligibility checks and enable real-time decisioning
• Embedding modelling, scoring and segmentation outputs into the product through close collaboration with data science
• Leading experimentation, forming hypotheses, validating findings and communicating insights across the business
• Acting as the link between product, engineering and data to drive clarity, prioritisation and delivery
• Identifying opportunities to integrate AI into the product flow to enhance personalisation, reduce friction and improve performance
Your Skills and Experience
• Strong commercial experience owning a complex, multi step digital funnel within a D2C or consumer tech environment
• A track record in shaping product strategy, influencing stakeholders and driving cross functional delivery
• Proven experience using experimentation, funnel analytics and customer insight to improve conversion
• Strong analytical capability, using data to diagnose issues, define metrics and inform prioritisation
• Practical experience applying AI or automation within product experiences is highly desirable
• SQL proficiency is an advantage
• Experience within finance or lending is helpful but not essential
