Key Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for the leadership of safeguarding and attendance in school
* To work with the Headteacher and Middle Leaders in all aspects of leadership and management.
* Contribute to establishing the core values of the Leadership Team and their practical expression.
* Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and best practices
* Foster a culture of Integrity and Tenacity in operational excellence
