We’re recruiting for a well-respected law firm in Manchester who are looking to bring an experienced Legal Secretary into its residential conveyancing team. * Providing secretarial support to fee earners in the conveyancing team
* Audio typing and preparing documents like contracts, letters, and completion statements
* Liaising with clients, agents, and solicitors by phone and email
* Managing diaries, booking appointments, and keeping files up to date
* Handling Land Registry forms, SDLT returns, and post-completion tasks
What we’re looking for:
* Prior experience as a legal secretary in conveyancing
* Strong typing and formatting skills
* Excellent organisation and time management
* A helpful, team-focused attitude and clear communication skills
