HLTA / Level 4 Teaching Assistant - Prestwich, Fairfield, & Radcliffe
Salary: £100 - £130 per day

Simply Education are seeking a dedicated and experienced HLTA or Level 4 Teaching Assistant to join a well-regarded provision, with a requirement to travel between Prestwich, Fairfield, and Radcliffe. This Temp to Perm role offers an exciting opportunity to work across multiple sites, providing essential support to students with additional needs, and contributing to their academic and personal development.
Responsibilities
* Assist the class teacher in planning and delivering lessons across multiple sites, ensuring that students with SEN can access the curriculum.
* Provide 1:1 and small group support, adapting teaching methods to meet the individual needs of students.
* Track and monitor student progress, offering feedback to the teacher on their development and areas for improvement.
* Manage classroom behaviour, promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.
* Collaborate with other educational staff, parents, and external agencies to support student progress.
* Contribute to the development of tailored educational strategies for individual students.
Essential Criteria
* HLTA or Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification.
* Previous experience supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
* Experience working in a classroom setting, supporting teaching and learning.
* Willingness to travel between Prestwich, Fairfield, and Radcliffe.
* Strong communication, organisational, and time-management skills.
* A proactive, flexible approach to working with students of various needs.
* A passion for supporting students' academic and personal growth.
