Key Responsibilities
Lead sushi station during service (lunch & dinner), prepping and plating with precision.
Work alongside Head Chef and kitchen team to develop new dishes and adapt seasonal menus.
Maintain exceptional hygiene and food safety standards.
Mentor junior sushi staff, fostering a supportive learning environment.

Ideal Candidate
Japanese culinary background preferred; international expertise welcomed if skilled and passionate.

Proven experience in fine-dining sushi or omakase formats.
Team player with strong communication and organisational qualities.
