Daily Duties
* Oversee the technical development and coordination of projects through various RIBA stages
* Prepare comprehensive technical drawings, specifications, and construction documentation
* Collaborate closely with internal architectural, engineering, and design teams
* Coordinate and manage project information using Revit and BIM processes
* Ensure all designs comply with current UK Building Regulations and industry standards
* Conduct site visits and provide technical support during construction phases
* Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout project delivery
* Provide guidance and mentorship to junior members of the team
Ideal Candidate
* Extensive experience working as an Architectural Technologist within a UK:based practice
* Strong technical expertise with a proven track record of project delivery
* Proficient in Revit and experienced in BIM:led workflows
* Previous experience within a multidisciplinary consultancy environment would be advantageous
* Excellent understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction methods, and detailing
* Strong organisational, communication, and coordination abilities
* Able to manage workloads independently while supporting wider team objectives
* Relevant qualification or degree in Architectural Technology or a related discipline
