We are a small team, like one big family. We support each other and definitely have a sense of humour, which can be essential, especially in this current climate.
We are Early Years practitioners who want the best for all children, including our staff's children, so if there is an assembly or Christmas nativity to attend, we all do our best to be flexible to allow staff to attend these events, and we allow staff time off for any appointments, where possible.
The owners are active managers and practitioners within the setting and listen to the needs of the children and staff. We aren't separated into different rooms; therefore, we all work together and muck in.
We are predominately an outdoor setting; and the benefits to staff's mind, body and soul being in nature is unmeasurable, but we do venture inside when the temperatures drop.
We are located at Alvechurch train station, so perfect for anyone commuting to work using the train; we are situated on the Redditch to Birmingham line.
If you like the sound of our setting, see if you fit the bill.
We need the right person to fit into our nursery school family, so a few things are important to us.

* You need to be able to create a great partnership with the parent and families.
* You need to be able to work as a team, getting stuck in with all tasks required, and also be there to support the other staff.

* You need to be able to embrace the changing seasons to enhance the children's learning experiences.
