Client Account Coordinator – Full Time Fixed Term, 12 Months
Location: Blackburn (BB1 2PR). Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9:00am‑5:00pm. Office based.
Salary up to £27,000 per annum. Key Responsibilities
* Take responsibility for day‑to‑day management of key customers, making intelligent decisions.
* Work closely with several Account Directors to manage day‑to‑day client expectations.
* Proactively manage outstanding jobs – order, service and callouts.
* Build professional business relationships with designated customers, maintaining courtesy communication.
* Manage visit reports and quotations.
* Resolve customer disputes, liaising with other areas of the business as necessary.
* Prepare and submit weekly/monthly/annual KPI information.
* Organise and prioritise own workload.
Qualifications & Experience
* Exceptional administrator with passion for outstanding customer service.
* Background in coordinating/supporting volume or national customer accounts, or experience within an account management environment.
* Strong communicator, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
* Solution‑focused, strives to understand and resolve issues within SLAs and deadlines.
* Solid IT literacy, including strong Excel skills, responsible for producing reports.
* Prioritise workloads & multitask effectively, managing multiple customers concurrently.
