Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Litigation Solicitor located in Bude. The Litigation Solicitor will manage and conduct a varied caseload, including property litigation, probate disputes, boundary disputes, trust/property ownership disputes, negligence claims and contract claims. The role requires a solicitor who is capable of running their own caseload and is keen to expand their knowledge.

* Strong knowledge of general Law and Litigation procedures
