A leading engineering, procurement and construction company is looking for a Procurement Administrator to work on an Oil & Gas project supporting a busy Procurement team. This will be a long-term contract role based in Surrey/Hampshire.
Your role as Procurement Administrator will include:
Filing, records and email retention, with spot checks to ensure everything is where it needs to be
Attend Bid openings and act as witness for the bid opening ceremony
Invoice checking / routing and managing log
Managing Bank Guarantees
Routing procurement documents for signature
Responsible for Low Value PO's for the project
Assisting with collating information for Procurement reporting
General admin, booking rooms for internal and vendor meetings
Assisting team with ad-hoc procurement support / activities
PO Close-out
The successful candidate should have some Procurement experience preferably working in the Energy, Construction or another heavy industry sector.
