Role Purpose:
This position focuses on end-user systems training, providing user and project support. You will design and deliver CRM training based on established business processes, support business applications, and contribute to the rollout and adoption of IT/business projects.
You will ensure our teams effectively utilize CRM, related tools, back-office applications, and core business systems to enhance productivity and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Training:
* Design, develop, and deliver engaging training sessions for staff at all levels, primarily on CRM, Microsoft 365 suite (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive), and other business applications.
* Create and maintain training materials, user guides, video tutorials, and quick reference guides.
* Conduct CRM inductions for new starters, refresher sessions for existing staff, and training on new features.
* Identify training needs through user feedback, system data, and collaboration with managers.
* Promote best practices for using CRM and business systems.
Support:
* Serve as the first point of contact for CRM and business process queries.
* Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly.
* Escalate complex problems to support teams as needed.
* Keep records of support requests, resolutions, and recurring issues via the helpdesk system.
Projects & Continuous Improvement:
* Assist in planning, rolling out, and promoting adoption of CRM and IT projects.
* Participate in user acceptance testing, documentation, and training for new systems or updates.
* Gather stakeholder feedback to improve processes.
* Support CRM system configuration and data management.
* Encourage the adoption of new technologies and processes.
Qualifications & Skills:
* Experience delivering CRM or IT training in a business setting.
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Automate).
* Understanding of CRM systems, preferably in recruitment.
* Experience supporting and troubleshooting business applications.
* Ability to simplify complex technical information for users.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
* Proactive, flexible, and eager to learn.
* Problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
