Joiner – Responsive Repairs (Permanent Role) Location: Leeds and surrounding areas Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Vehicle: Company van provided Recruiting on behalf of a leading contractor A well-established contractor working within the social housing sector is seeking a qualified and experienced Joiner to join their responsive repairs team. This is a permanent position, with a company van provided for the role. Key Responsibilities: Carry out responsive repairs in tenanted and void social housing properties. Perform a variety of joinery tasks including door hanging, kitchen repairs, skirting, architraves, and general carpentry. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and complies with health and safety regulations. Communicate effectively with tenants, supervisors, and other trades. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Requirements: NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Carpentry & Joinery (or equivalent). Proven experience in social housing or domestic repairs. Full UK driving licence. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage your own workload. What's Offered: Permanent contract with a reputable contractor.
